The Valdosta Annex is located in Valdosta, County. It is a mixed custody that houses both the level II and level IV inmates. It can currently host up to 1011 adult males. The Valdosta Annex comprises two segregation units, two-level II units, two level IV units, and a general population unit. The inmates are housed in units following their level of security.
